beautiful gardens, relaxing spa, spacious accommodations
The paint touch-ups in the room were overdue!!! The damp smell in the passageways made my stay less inviting. Rooms felt neglected for the price I paid!!!

Just a reliable pick for a two-day stay in Niagara-on-the-Lake with value for price. The staff were super friendly and even offered a refreshing drink to help me cool down. Make sure to check the room safe before leaving. ours was low on battery.

great amenities but improvements needed
The heated indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful, providing a perfect way to relax and enjoy family time. The concierge service was impressive, assisting us with every request we had. Additionally, the lovely touch of fresh roses left on our beds each night added a personal feel to our stay. I also appreciated the easy access to the spa and dining areas, which made our visit smooth and enjoyable.
However, I did notice some areas could benefit from better organization, particularly regarding pool management.

The location is excellent, with charming decorations throughout, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. However, the room felt outdated, with some issues like peeling drywall and an uncomfortable temperature control. Overall, a good experience, especially enjoying the bar and the outdoor hot springs.
